If you have damaged or leaking gutters, we can carry out repairs. However, it is often more cost-effective to carry out a full replacement and install brand new gutters.
Fascia, Soffit and Gutter Full Replacement
We also offer a full fascia, soffit, and guttering replacement service. We will inspect your existing timber fascia board, and if it is in good condition, we can protect it by fitting a new uPVC fascia board to it. We will then complete the job by fitting new gutters and downpipes.
If your existing timber fascia board shows any sign of decay, we will remove it completely, and install a new load-bearing uPVC fascia board, We will also fit new soffit boards and complete the installation with new gutters and downpipes.
Fascia, Soffit and Gutter Capping
If, when we inspect your existing timber fascia board, we find it is in good condition, we can fit a new uPVC capping fascia board to it. This will protect your timber fascia board, and eliminate the need to paint your fascias to protect them against decay.
If your gutters are also sound, we can refit them to your newly capped fascias, or install new gutters.
Apex Barge Boards
The bargeboard on a house is the board that is used on the gable end. Being the highest point of the house, and often being in an exposed condition, they can be susceptible to rot.
If your bargeboards are showing signs of decay, we can replace them with uPVC boards, either on their own, or as part of fascia, soffit and gutter replacement.
Dry Verge Installation
We can also install a dry verge on your property. Dry verge covers the joint between the roof tiles and brickwork on your roof, without using traditional mortar. This provides the benefit of giving your roof verge more protection, avoiding damage due to wet weather, and removing the risk of future maintenance costs.
